Chileno Beach

There are services such as bathrooms, showers, lifeguards, police, garbage cans etc. One of the best reefs for snorkeling, Chileno Beach has enough parking for many visitors and is an ideal spot for a family day on the beach. Chileno Beach can get quite crowded as it is one of the most popular beaches, and you can snorkel or just relax on the beach and catch some rays.

El Medano Beach

El Médano beach is the most crowded beach of the capes, due to the many hotels, condominiums, restaurants and bars that are located just off the shore. It’s a good option if you have children as it is suitable for swimming, and there are many vendors on this beach offering food, art and souvenirs. In the mood for a boat adventure? There are boats that can take you to see Los Arcos up close, or you can rent jet skis or try parachuting for an adrenaline rush instead. Wanting to relax? Masseuses regularly walk up and down the beach offering their services so keep an eye out!

Santa Maria Beach

Santa Maria Beach is a great spot if you are into snorkeling or enjoying sea life. A beautiful beach with crystal clear water and clean sand, it is a small bay and recommended to arrive early because there is not much shade. Also bring your food and drinks with you as there are no restaurants located on this quiet beach. You do not need to go far out in the water to see marine life. On the rocks there are small pools where you can see crabs and fishes, but beware, there are also hedgehogs among the rocks.

Love Beach

Love Beach is another lovely spot and a stunning location with its dramatic contrast of the desert dunes on one side and blue green sea on the other. Love Beach earned its name as being a magical beach where you could find someone who will become your soulmate for life. Others say it is a place where two enter and three leave….think about that for a moment! It is not recommended to swim at this beach as the tide is quite strong here. A great spot to watch the waves crashing on the rocks and to catch some rays.

Divorce Beach

Another stunning beach located next to Love Beach is Divorce Beach. It is also not recommended to swim at this beach due to the strong tides and rocky shoreline. There are no bathrooms or restaurants at this beach, so plan ahead and bring your drinks and food if you want to stay awhile.
