The Stranded Boat Beach (Playa Barco Varado)
You will be able to recognize this beach easily by the hull of a Japanese fishing boat that sticks out from the sand. The boat has been a feature of this lovely beach since 1964. Here you can enjoy lots of magical rock pools. The snorkeling is great here too.
Santa Maria Bay
If you travel a little further south from Playa Barco Varado, you will come to Santa Maria Bay. This area provides a great spot for swimming and snorkeling; and you can rent snorkel gear as well as other water sport equipment.
Playa Chileno
For an action packed afternoon at the beach with sellers and equipment rental, Playa Chileno provides a great beach for those who want to windsurf, rent jet skis or go water skiing.
El Bleditio
This beach is nice for fishing or swimming, and there are many vendors here selling some wonderful souvenirs and beachwear from Cabo San Lucas. There are also a number of 5 star hotels here.
Playa Buenos Aires
A great surfing beach with some basic services and stunning views. The currents here are strong so not recommended for leisurely swimming, but ideal for surfing.
